Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the records.
After the mutation proceedings were initiated, an order was passed in the year 2007. Thereafter, the petitioner moved an application for recalling of that order. The order was recalled on 13.09.2017.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mutation application was not being decided and, therefore, a prayer has been made for a direction to the respondents that they may decide the mutation case being Case No.0749 of 2019, under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid case.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the mutation case being Case No.0749 of 2019, under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, be decided unless there is any legal impediment, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
