Instructions as have been placed today by the learned Standing Counsel be kept on record.
Learned Standing Counsel as per instructions informs that till date nothing has been done to the application which the petitioner had filed on 22.6.2021.
Under such circumstances, it is directed that if there is any order of demarcation dated 11.7.2019 and if the boundary marks had been removed, the proceedings under section 23 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, as per the application dated 22.6.2021, be initiated and completed by the authority concerned within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
