1. Heard Sri Swapnil Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel as well as Sri Aditya Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Devansh Rathore, Advocate for respondents.
2. It is not in dispute that earlier an order passed by Assistant Settlement Officer (Consolidation) on 04.08.1969 attained finality after dismissal of writ petition before this Court. That be so, it is this order which is to be executed.
3. Learned counsel for parties admitted this position. The writ petition, therefore, is disposed of by giving liberty to parties to get execution of order dated 04.08.1969 passed by Assistant Settlement Officer (Consolidation) in accordance with law.
