Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The sole submission of counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Civil Judge (J.D.), Kanpur Nagar to decide the Suit No.144 of 2014 (Shiv Prakash and another vs. Sanjay and another) which is pending since 2014.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of by directing the Civil Judge (J.D.), Kanpur Nagar to consider and decide the Suit No.144 of 2014 (Shiv Prakash and another vs. Sanjay and another) expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
