By means of this writ petition the petitioner has come to this Court seeking a direction to police authorities not to allow respondents no. 5 to 9 to interfere with the possession of the petitioner.
In fact, the petitioner is seeking relief against private individuals-respondents n. 5 to 9, which are threatening to interfere with the possession of the petitioner.
In such a case, the petitioner has remedy of filing a suit and getting injunction against the trespasser, if any. In a writ proceeding no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
The writ petition is misconceived and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
