This petitioner has been filed praying for expeditious disposal of O.S. No.301 of 2016 (Shiv Pal Singh vs. Prahlad Singh) pending in the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Jalaun.
The aforesaid case has been filed by the plaintiff petitioner for specific performance of an alleged registered agreement dated 23.08.2012..
In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of providing that the court below shall make effort to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within one year from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
