(C.M.A.No.9895 of 2012) This is an application for amendment in the array of the party.
The submission of learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner is that due to creation of new district, namely, Chhatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Nagar, the necessity for impleading the District Basic Education Officer, Chhatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Nagar in writ petition has been arisen. He prays that in the interest of justice the District Basic Education Officer, Chhatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Nagar be impleaded as opposite parties in the writ petition in place of District Basic Education Officer, Sultanpur.
On due consideration, the application is allowed.
Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner is permitted to implead the District Basic Education Officer, Chhatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Nagar in place of District Basic Education Officer, Sultanpur in the array of opposite parties in the writ petition, within a week.
