JUDGMENT / ORDER

RESTORATION APPLICATION Perused the restoration application as well as the affidavit filed in support thereof. On the principle of law that for the fault of the counsel the client should not be made to suffer, the sufficiency of cause furnished constitutes sufficient cause.
Restoration application is allowed; the order dated 05.05.2011, dismissing the writ petition for want of prosecution is recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original number.
List the petition in the next cause list before appropriate Bench.
