By means of the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for following relief:
(i) issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to command the respondent no. 4 to remove the illegal encroachment from chakmark land no. 555 of the Gram Sabha.
However, no material has been brought on record to establish as to whether the land is public utility land.
The writ petition is devoid of merit.
Writ petition is dismissed and consigned to records.
