The petitioner claims that he is a Bhumidhar of Plot No. 62/1 area 0.284 and 62/3 M area 0.831 hectare. It is submitted that the S.H.O., respondent no. 5 without any authority is interfering in the possession of the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction that no Executive Authority can interfere in the rightful possession of any individual, except in accordance with law.
