1. Heard Sri Ramakant Tiwari, learned counsel for petitioner.
2. The petitioner claims that installation of pole and electrical lines of heavy voltage is causing safety hazards.
3. For redressal of grievance of petitioner remedy is provided under Section 161 of Electricity Act, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as "Act, 2003").
4. Counsel for petitioner could not raise any substantial argument so as not to relegate the petitioner to avail the said remedy.
5. Dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
6. Sri Kapil Deo Singh Rathore, Advocate appears for Corporation but could not give any reply to the query made by the Court hence could not assist the Court.
