The Court takes note of the serious allegations which are levelled of public funds having been misappropriated and misused in the course of execution of a work for construction of houses. In view of the aforesaid, the Court finds no ground to interfere with the order of suspension.
Accordingly, the writ petition fails and stands dismissed.
