1. Sri Satya Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this application as he proposes to advice his client to argue on discharge application before the learned ACJM, Court No.10, Basti apprising the said court all the facts like filing of previous civil suit between the parties, injunction order, registration of NCR at the instance of the present applicant and filing of charge sheet in the said NCR, as a counterblast to which, present complaint was filed.
2. In above terms, application is dismissed as withdrawn.
