The instant petition is filed for writ of mandamus directing the District Magistrate to issue an arm license to the petitioner.
Though this Court finds no averment as for what reason the arm license is required by the petitioner, since the petitioner claims that he has applied for issuance of an arm license on 14.08.2013 and the same is pending since then.
Having heard the counsel for the petitioner, no case is made to interfere in the instant petition.
The writ petition is dismissed.
