By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has come to this Court with the allegation that respondents No.6,7 and 8 have encroached upon the pathway whereby the petitioner's igress and ingress to his house has become difficult.
The encroachment is said to be on Chak road. Whether there exists any Chak road or any construction is being raised thereon by respondents No.6,7 and 8 are all questions of fact which cannot be gone into writ jurisdiction. The petitioner, if so advised may approach the competent civil court for redressal of his grievance. The writ petition for the said purpose is not maintainable and is dismissed.
