The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in the partition Suit No.268 of 2013 (Computer Case No.T- 20182030801010/2018) (Shiv Lal Vs. Ram Lal & Ors.) under section 176 of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition & Land Reforms Act, 1950 even though a preliminary decree has been prepared on 22.12.2015, the final decree is not being prepared. The petitioner, therefore, prays that the final decree may be directed to be prepared expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Suit No.268 of 2013 (Computer Case No.T-20182030801010/2018) (Shiv Lal Vs. Ram Lal & Ors.) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
