Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Present writ petition has been filed for following relief:-
(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent no. 2 i.e. District Magistrate, District Jaunpur to decide the representation of the petitioner, pending before him, within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court in accordance with Govt. order dated 06.09.2018.
Learned Standing Counsel has pointed that petitioner is only complainant and nowhere it is stated that as to whether he is having any ration card or not, therefore, this writ petition is not maintainable on behalf of the petitioner.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
However, it is open for the petitioner to file application/complaint in accordance with law and also annex his ration card and in case any such application/complaint is filed, same shall be considered and decided in accordance with Government Order dated 06.09.2018 or any other Government Order occupying the field within reasonable time.
