1. Sri V.K.Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, states that impugned order is not properly typed, there is some serious defect in writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh one.

2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to aforesaid request.

3. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
