A short counter affidavit has been filed by the learned A.G.A. on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 annexing therewith a copy of the charge-sheet, which has been submitted after completion of the investigation.
In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate jurisdiction by taking recourse to proper legal remedy.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
