Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned A.G.A. for the respondents 1, 2 and 3; and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks a direction upon the State-respondents to ensure proper investigation in Case Crime No. 42 of 2019, registered at P.S. Machali Shahar, district Jaunpur, under sections 376 I.P.C. and section 3/4 Pocso Act and section 3(2)(v) SC/ST Act.
The learned counsel for the petitioner states that after investigation a charge-sheet has been submitted but appropriate action has not been taken against the accused.
Be that as it may, as the charge-sheet has already been submitted, the petitioner may approach the court concerned where charge-sheet has been submitted.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition stands disposed off.
