Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State and also perused the records.
The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the application being Case No.1087, Computerized Case No.T201802030401231 of 2018, under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 may be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid case.
Under such circumstances, without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the application being Case No.1087, Computerized Case No.T201802030401231 of 2018, under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, be decided, unless there is any legal impediment, within the time frame provided by the Rule 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
