Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present application has been filed to quash the order dated 25.7.2018 as well as order dated 20.7.2018 passed by A.C.J.M., 4, Allahabad in Case No. 1773 of 2015 (State Vs. Shiv Kumar), under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Soraon, District Allahabad.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that admittedly indulgence had been granted to the applicant on an earlier occasion by order dated 20.2.2018 passed in 482 Cr.P.C. Application No. 4275 of 2018. It is then stated that while the applicant was granted interim bail, he could not appear on a single date on account of illness of his mother. Irrespective of the correct fact, there is no doubt, the applicant has not acted in terms of the indulgence granted to him.
