Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
This petition challenges an order dated 8 January 2019 in terms of which the petitioner has been attached in the office of the District Pachayat Raj Officer.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the order is punitive in nature and that it had been made only to adjust the respondent No. 7. The Court however, notes the nature of the complaints which are made against the petitioner as embodied in the communication dated 8 January 2019 which has recommended his suspension from service.
Bearing the aforesaid in mind, it is more than evident that the order has been made in administrative exigencies and clearly does not warrant interference by this Court under Article 2226 of the Constitution.
The writ petition is dismissed.
