JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to serve a copy of the writ petition to Sri Pankaj Saxena, learned standing counsel.
Learned standing counsel is directed to seek instruction in the matter as to why inspite of order dated 7.2.2014 restoring the Writ A No. 46881 of 2005 wherein a direction has been issued that till further orders the petitioner will not be transferred to State of Uttaranchal. The applicant is not being permitted to work here in Uttar Pradesh. .
Put up as a fresh case on 29th April, 2014.
