This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, interalia, for the following relief:
"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 4 to take action against the respondent no. 5 in pursuance/compliance of the order dated 16.3.2019 passed by the respondent no. 3, enabling the petitioner to get constructed his lavatory over a part of the arazi/Gata No. 590 Kha area about 0.1030 hectare situated at Village Bardani, Police Station Holagarh, Tehsil Soraon, District Allahabad."
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
In substance, the petitioner is seeking a direction to restrain the private respondent No. 5 from interfering in the construction of lavatory under Scheme floated by the Prime Minister which is being raised by the petitioner in his private land. Since the relief is being claimed against the private respondent, the present writ petition is not admissible. However, it is left open to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy before appropriate forum as may be available in law and if so advised.
With this observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
