Main accused is in Jail.
Counsel for complainant is allowed one week time to file counter-affidavit. Petitioners will have two weeks thereafter to file rejoinder-affidavit.
List thereafter.
Till next date of listing or till submission of charge sheet whichever is earlier, the arrest of the petitioners, namely, Shiv Kumar Arora and Nand Lal who are wanted in case crime No. 1065 of 2009 under sections 420, 467, 468, 417 and 406 I.P.C. P.S. Vrindavan, District Mathura shall remain stayed of course subject to the restraint that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and shall appear as and when called upon to assist in the investigation.
