Sri Sudhir Kumar Agarwal, Advocate, who has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant as well as the learned A.G.A. are directed to file counter affidavit within three weeks. Learned counsel for the petitioners will have one week thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.

List this case in the week commencing 16th August, 2010 before the appropriate Court.

Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of case crime no. 1065 of 2009 under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., P.S. Vrindavan, District Mathura shall remain stayed.

This order shall not be taken to be a stay of proceedings against other accused Vikas Arora, son of the applicant.
