Heard.
By means of this petition, the petitioners seek issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing First Information Report dated 21.04.2021 bearing Case Crime No.0151 of 2021, under Sections- 498A/304-B IPC & 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Ganga Ghat, District- Unnao.
From a bare perusal of the impugned FIR, it cannot be said that no cognizable offence is made out against the petitioners. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. It is accordingly dismissed, however, without prejudice to the rights of the petitioners as may be available to them in law.
