An affidavit of compliance is filed, the same be taken on record.
Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that in view of the annexure 4 to the compliance affidavit, a copy of the order passed by the Naib Tehsildar (Central), Phoolpur, District, Allahabad dated 27.08.2018 is filed, which shows the decision of the pending application of the petitioner, being case no. 104 of 2000, hence there remains no reason to keep the instant contempt application pending.
In view of the aforesaid, the contempt application is dismissed as infructuous.
