This petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondents to allow the petitioner to join his duties against the post of Assistant Teacher in Vidhyawati Inter College, Shahpur, Sarain, Azamgarh. A further prayer is made to direct release of salary to the petitioner from September, 2017 onwards.
Learned Standing Counsel states that petitioner has already been allowed to join. In such circumstances, the first prayer sought in this petition is rendered infructuous.
So far as the second prayer is concerned, it would be appropriate to approach respondent no.3, who shall examine the claim of petitioner with regard to release of salary, and pass appropriate order, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
