Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and Sri Manu Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 5.
Present petition has been filed seeking quashing the tender notice dated 12.9.2018 issued by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Iglas, Aligarh.
Prima facie, this petition would not be cognizable by this Court.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition so as to enable him to seek remedy as may be available before the appropriate court or forum Present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
