By means of this transfer application, under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, an earlier order passed by the District Judge on an application under the same provision is sought to be challenged.
In my considered opinion, the High Court while exercising jurisdiction under Section 24 CPC does not exercise either revisional or appellate jurisdiction over an order passed by the District Judge on a transfer application under the same provision.
The instant transfer application is therefore, found to be not maintainable and is dismissed, as such.
