The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing respondents to provide benefit of Debt Relief Scheme, 2017 to the petitioners. The petitioners have moved an application in this respect to the respondent no. 2 on 17.05.2019.
The writ petition is disposed of directing Collector/District Magistrate (respodnent-3) to pass appropriate order on the application of the petitioners dated 17.05.2019 within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him. In case the petitioners are found entitled to waiver of any amount under Debt Relief Scheme, the waived amount shall be adjusted in their loan amount.
