After some argument, counsel for the applicant prayed for withdrawal of the instant contempt application to enable the applicant to file certified copy of the order of the Writ Court before Deputy Inspector General of Police to ensure due compliance of the direction issued by this Court.
Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid reserved in favour of the applicant.
