Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondent no.1 and Sri Vikram Bahadur, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2.
The petitioner has retired from the post of Head Master in Purv Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Mawiya, Area Hatgawa, District Fatehpur on 31.3.2016.
The grievance of the petitioner is that certain amount of GPF from 7.2.1974 to 30.9.1980 has not been paid to the petitioner. In this respect the petitioner has submitted various representations before respondent no.2-District Basic Education Officer, Fatehpur, a copy of the last representation dated 17.3.2020 is annexed as annexure-7 to the writ petition, but the respondent authority has not considered the representation of the petitioner nor has passed any order releasing the amount of GPF from 7.2.1974 to 30.9.1980.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- authorities submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate direction be issued to the respondent no.2-District Basic Education Officer, Fatehpur to consider the grievance of the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstance of the case and without going into the merits of the case and with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the District Basic Education Officer, Fatehpur-respondent no.2 raising all his grievances within a period of two weeks from today. In case, such a representation is made along with the copy of this order downloaded from the official website of the Allahabad High Court, the respondent no.2 shall consider and decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months thereafter.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
