Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for State and Shri Anurag Singh, learned counsel for opposite party no. 2.
This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the election to the post of Pradhan of Village Katighara (Kathigara), Post- Utmanpur, Block- Fatehpur Chaurasi, District- Unnao and for conducting re-election etc. is not maintainable as the result has been decleared and remedy, if any, is by way of an election petition as per law.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
