The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the orders dated 20.09.2012 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.13788 of 2012 (Shiv Balak Vs. State of U.P. and others).
Today when the matter is taken up, it is argued by Sri. K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel that affidavit of compliance on behalf of opposite party has already been filed which is on record.
It is stated in paragraph seven of the aforesaid affidavit that the order passed in the writ petition has been fully complied with by completing the investigation and submitted the charge-sheet on 18.02.2013, copy of which is appended as Annexure No.4 to the compliance affidavit.
In the circumstances, it is argued by Sri. K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel that no further cause of action would further survived and prays for dismissal of the present contempt application.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Since the order of the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no further order is required.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
