Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to fifth respondent.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to second respondent i.e. Registrar/ Inspector Arbi, Farsi Madarsa Board, U.P. Lucknow to take appropriate decision on the recommendation sent by fifth respondent i.e. Committee of Management on 05.01.2017 for granting financial approval in respect of the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher Tahtania.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the second respondent to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. In case there is any requirement, report/ comment may also be taken from the concerned Committee of Management.
