The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the mutation case being Case No.937/1-5-15 (Computerized Case No.T- 202102030309763) (Shiv Bahadur vs. Anwari Beguam) under section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the Court of Tehisldar, Tehsil Soraon, District Prayagraj may be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid case.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.937/1-5-15 (Computerized Case No.T-202102030309763) (Shiv Bahadur vs. Anwari Beguam) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order after hearing the parties concerned, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
