Shri Arpan Srivastava, learned Advocate, holding brief of Shri Amit Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has filed withdrawal application dated 22.01.2020 on the ground that both the parties have already entered into compromise and settled their dispute amicably and on the basis of aforesaid compromise, Court has passed the order dated 29.11.2019. Copy of the order dated 29.11.2019 is annexed as Annexure No.1 to the affidavit filed in support of the withdrawal application.
Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the prayer made by counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, the present application for withdrawal application is hereby allowed.
The instant writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
