Shitalbhai vs State

1. Mr. Dave, learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the vehicles which were originally seized are now released and that therefore the cause for petition does not survive. He submitted that the petition has become infructuous in view of the subsequent events.

2. In view of the said submission by learned advocate for the petitioner the petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. Notice is discharged.
