By meas of the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant is assailing the validity and veracity of summoning order dated 31.1.2017 passed by Ist Addl. District Judge, Bijnor for which challenging the order under Section 319 Cr.P.C., 482 is not a proper remedy, if so, learned counsel for the applicant may approach before this Court by means of proper remedy.
Accordingly, the application is rejected on the aforesaid ground. The certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant within 15 days after retaining the photocopy of the same on record.
