Heard Shri Kundan Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Ashok Kumar Lal, learned counsel for the respondents no.2 to 4 and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent no.1.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking quashing of the order dated 12.03.2018 whereby his services in the Samiti have been terminated. It is informed that against this order the petitioner had preferred an appeal before the Assistant Commissioner/Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Mathura on 10.04.2018 (Annexure-6 to the writ petition).
No useful purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending.
This writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties with a direction to the respondent no.2, District Assistant Commissioner/Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Mathura to consider and decide the petitioner's appeal dated 10.04.2018, Annexure-6 to the writ petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is received in his office.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
