(Ref: Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.3 of 2018) Heard Sri Vinod Kumar Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application has been moved as it appears that some typographical mistake has been crept in the order dated 9.10.2018 which was dictated in the open court.
Therefore, the fifth and sixth paragraph which were inadvertently typed in the order dated 9.10.2018 which are as under:
"Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we finally dispose of this petition permitting the petitioner to file regular bail application before the trial court within three weeks.
Till three weeks from today, the petitioner shall not be arrested in the aforesaid crime number."
are hereby deleted and be substituted by the following paragraph:
"Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we finally dispose of this petition with a direction to the State authorities that no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners in respect of above stated crime number till the submission of charge sheet under Section 173(2) of Cr.P.C. before the court concerned."
This application is, accordingly, disposed of.
Certified copy of the order dated 9.10.2018 with the aforesaid correction be issue to the learned counsel for the petitioners.
