The present revision has been filed for setting aside the impugned order dated 25.04.2007 passed by Prinicipal Judge, Family Court, Meerut in Suit No.552 of 2005 (Shree Khan Vs. Yunus) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Nauchandi, District Meerut.
I have gone through the record as well as order dated 25.04.2007 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Meerut. There is no illegality or perversity in the impugned order. The revision lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
