Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order of this Court in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 12581 of 2019 passed on 24.9.2019 was duly served upon the opposite party on 5.10.2019. It is contended that in spite of service of the order of the writ Court, same has not been complied with, therefore, the opposite party has wilfully and deliberately flouted the order of the Writ Court.
Prima facie, a case for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 24.9.2019 is made out.
However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without issuing any notice at this stage, last opportunity is provided to the opposite party to comply with the aforesaid order dated 24.9.2019 passed by this Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order of this Court failing which the opposite party shall remain present before the Court on the next date of listing.
