Heard Sri Rajesh Dutta Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Anand Pati Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no.2.
This application has been filed for transferring Misc. Case No. 4/70 of 2017 under Section 7 and 10 of Guardian and Wards Act (Shipra Gupta Vs. Amit Gupta), pending before the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Hamirpur to Lakhimpur.
The aforesaid application is connected with Transfer Application No. 190 of 2019 (Shipra Gupta Vs. Principal Judge, Family Court and another), in respect of which, this Court has already passed an order today transferring that case from Hamirpur to Lakhimpur Kheri.
This application is, accordingly, allowed in terms of the order passed in Transfer Application No. 190 of 2019 and the aforesaid Case No. 4/70 of 2017 is transferred from Hamirpur to Lakhimpur Kheri.
