Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A and perused the record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner issuing a writ order or direction in the nature of habeas corpus to direct the opposite party no.2 to produce the detenue Shipra Jaiswal before this Court as she is illegally detained by him.
In view of the above, petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) within a period of ten days from today towards expenses of the opposite party which shall be paid by the Senior Registrar of this Court to him on the date he appears before this Court.
Issue notice to opposite party no. 2 namely Sri Sant Lal Jaiswal to produce the detenue Shipra Jaiswal before this Court on 23.02.2016. In case aforementioned expenses are not deposited then the notice shall not be issued to the opposite party.
