JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioners are accused 3 and 4 in Crime No.771 of 2013 of the Thrissur Town Police station for the offences punishable under Secs.120B, 302, 201, 212 and 109 read with Sec.34 of the Indian Penal Code, are in custody from 01.06.2013 and seek bail. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the application. It is submitted that on 01.06.2013 at about 9.30 p.m., the petitioners and others in pursuance to a criminal conspiracy committed murder of Madhu.
3. Learned counsel requested for bail. It is submitted that the brother of the 1st accused in the case was murdered by the opposite group.
4. The earlier applications for bail preferred by the petitioners were rejected by this Court having regard to the specific role attributed to these petitioners in the incident. Having pursued those orders and heard both Bail Appl. No.3397 of 2014 2 sides, I do not find reason to take a different view. Request for bail cannot be allowed.
5. Learned Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track No.II), Thrissur where the case is pending as S.C. No.185 of 2014 shall expedite trial and disposal of the case.
6. Registry shall send a copy of this order to the learned Additional Sessions Judge.
The application is disposed of as above.
