O R D E R After arguing for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach this court after the examination of the material witnesses before the trial court.
2. I find that there is no abnormal request made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner. Therefore, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty as prayed for.
The Trial Court is hereby directed to expedite the trial and dispose it of, as expeditiously as possible.
